We are about to configure Incident Integration with SNOW. Is it mandatory to configure CMDB Integration as well?

Hi there,

I believe it's not mandatory to have an integration with cmdb. Keep in mind that you then need do really think about tocket routing etc.

Yes, you can integrate with Service Now, without CMDB integration.
