Dynatrace Saas & SNMP Action Integration

We are new to Dynatrace and are using the SaaS solution. We would like to integrate Alerts with our internal SNMP Manager, which then opens up a service desk ticket. The SaaS solution integrates with several vendors, but nothing we use. The API interface allows the pulling down of alerts in JSON format.

Is there a vendor solution or a community plugin anywhere available? Also, what are other SaaS solution owners doing with integration to existing SNMP Managers?

Hello,

you have in Dynatrace custom WebHook Integraction which can be used in this case. You can paste there sample payload that is accepted by your solution + URL. Than you can use Dynatrace variables that can be putted into this payload. After this you are ready to go 🙂
