I'm curious though, how do you connect Dynatrace to Tableau? Is it through the web connector integration? Is there a pre-defined integration?

@William S. you can pull data from Dynatrace API REST directly using Tableau Data Connector or construct a Python query to marshal the data in a file that Tableau can consume.

As Jose said, the API will be your best bet on this. It will be a custom integration for you since this is not predefined for Tableau. Here is a great link where they talk about gathering user experience data via the API:
