    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure what you want to do. I dont’t think it is possible to do anything except pushing comment to problem with incident url in service now. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/dynatrace-api/environment/problems-api/comments-to-a-problem-api/"&gt;https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/dynatrace-api/environment/problems-api/comments-to-a-problem-api/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you integrate snow with Dynatrace via webhook you should be able to match problems with incidents on service now side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sebastian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
