Dynatrace integration with BMC ProactiveNet

Has anyone has any experience with sending Dynatrace (managed or SaaS) alerts/Incidents to BMC's ProactiveNet product?

Our customer use BMC's tool for sending out all of alerts and scheduling down time and remediation, etc..

Anybody has some experience integrating this both solutions?

Hi guys,

We have integrated AppMon with Pnet using the Pnet msend util that was activated with General Execution plugin for each alert. Since dynatrace can only send web requests and not run msend you probably will need to create a small web application that will collect the web requests from dynatrace and convert them to msend commands.

Good news is that In the Pnet next generation TrueSight there is already webhooks that you can use directly from dynatrace.
