SRG throwing error in workflow , Execution id is missing payload

Hi Team,
we have created workflow , having task arranged in sequential manner.

one of them is task executing SRG , this SRG is validating application availability based on SLO.

First 2 task are successful but 3rd task i.e SRG execution is failing with error 'No execution id provided in payload.

Can somebody help me to understand error and how to fix this issue.

Hello Heramb,

A couple of weeks ago, we also saw this behaviour. First, make sure to be on the latest version of the Site Reliability Guardian, which is 1.2.1. Then remove the workflow action from the workflow and add it again.
