      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agreed. Pushing from Dynatrace to MoogSoft is the way to go. MoogSoft does have an out of the box integration on their side for Dynatrace, but all it's doing is a query and you have to provide credentials. I am currently kicking the tires on MoogSoft and found that going from Dynatrace to MoogSoft is the best method. Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - when using the webook &lt;STRONG&gt;from&lt;/STRONG&gt; Dynatrace, it is not possible to send the raw events... only a summary of the problem and the impacted entities that were there when the problem was first opened.&lt;BR /&gt;We have requested the RFE below for pushing events to any event management tooling - rather than being restricted to Service-Now ITOM module.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.dynatrace.com/spaces/483/dynatrace-product-ideas/idea/221818/rfe-allow-events-from-problems-to-be-sent-to-3rd-p.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.dynatrace.com/spaces/483/dynatrace-product-ideas/idea/221818/rfe-allow-events-from-problems-to-be-sent-to-3rd-p.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
