Hello,

For a large customer, concern rises that the CMDB update will send too much data from Dynatrace to ServiceNOW. Is a partial update possible?

You can configure alerting profile to send only those data that matters for your customer.

AlertingProfile is correct for the push alerts, but for the CMDB sync you have to use a tag filter within the Dynatrace 'environments' table within ServiceNow. You can use one or more of your Dynatrace tags to control which hosts, process groups, services and apps will be synced.
