Hi,
while performing configuration for aws monitoring with Env AG, in the template “role_based_access_monitored_account_template” a connection is made to the dynatrace account “509560245411” with role of “root”.

I tried removing it and the configuration stops working.
Do you guys know why there is a need to enter that account as well?

If you use your own AG to retrieve the metrics, you can replace 509560245411 with the Account ID where your Activegate is deployed.

Hi Yanezza,
I had understood it that way and tried to replace it, but it didn't work.
Leaving that connection added by the template and adding my aws account that I wanted to monitor, it works correctly.
