Every entity must have a name. There are built-in rules for naming and/or detecting every entity (host/process group/service/... ), but you can override the rules with your custom ones. For services look <A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/server-side-services/introduction/can-i-customize-naming-for-auto-detected-server-side-services/">here</A>. For processes <A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/infrastructure/processes/can-i-customize-how-process-groups-are-detected/">here</A>.
