Hi,

We are proposing Dynatrace(SaaS) to a customer who is considering to deploy 200-1000 agents to their datacenter.
And the data center already has "AWS Direct Connect" to AWS as the dedicated line.

In this case, do you have a recommendation to use AWS Direct Connect between the local data center and the AWS(Dynatrace SaaS)?
And is it possible to use AWS Direct Connect between DC and Dynatrace SaaS in the first place?

Hi,

it is not possible to connect with Direct Connect to Dynatrace SaaS AWS accounts.

However, it is possible to connect with Direct Connect to customer's AWS account in given region and setup PrivateLink (VPC Endpoint) connectivity from there to Dynatrace SaaS in the same region:
