I've tired to config AWS billing monitor for region "Asia Pacific (Singapore) ap-southeast-1" but it's not work, it's has no data show in the chart. REF:https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/billing#available-metrics

Have you seen the node:

"Note: To receive these metrics, the admin of the AWS payer account needs to enable Receive Billing Alerts in the AWS console. By default, AWS billing metrics are reported only for the us-east-1 region."

and you've configured your account accordingly?
