Monitoring of Kafka Streams API

Hi,

Our client has an microservices-based application which is using the Kakfa Streams API and Dynatrace has a JMX plugin which supports Kafka Connect, Producer, Consumer APIs but does not not Streams. Does anyone know if there are plans to support this API in the near future?

If there are JMX measures for streams you can always create own JMX plugin using JMX editor:

So what I know is that the program Aiven supports the requirements that you demand. Kafka in all its versions can be connected to other databases using this provider without creating a big data chaos.

Furthermore, Aiven is cloud based for Kafka and can therefore make data available for anywhere in the world.
Maybe this would be something for your customer?
