Monitor Prometheus metric not working properly: no metrics with labels

We are successful integrate prometeus metrics in Dynatrace by help page:

Customer replies that there are no metrics with "label"

Also I can`t see limitations or requires for this integration and why I can`t see metrics with labels.

We can see metrics with no label. We can`t see metrics with label.

Is there limitation for this or it is issue and support ticket.

For Customer is very imortant to see metrics with labels. Metrics with no label doesn't matter.

Prometheus Metric labels should be visible as dimensions in Dynatrace.
Could you share an example and which Version you are currently on?
There are some limitations:

We currently only support Prometheus gauge and counter metrics ~~(no histogram or summary type)~~ UPDATE: We now also (partially) support summaries and histograms.
The maximum number of labels per metrics is ~30 (it is actually 50, but Dynatrace also does some dimension enrichment in some cases)
