Problem with OpenShift instrumentation using OneAgent

Hi,

I have a serious problem on my client's OpenShift environment. I'm getting an error when installing OA:

5:03:02 Error: Failed to create user 'dtuser'

26315:03:03 Checking free space in /opt/dynatrace/oneagent/agent/processagent/lib32

26415:03:03 Checking free space in /opt/dynatrace/oneagent/agent/processagent/lib64

26515:03:03 Storing SELinux policy sources in /opt/dynatrace/oneagent/agent.

26615:03:06 Installing SELinux dynatrace_oneagent module, this may take a while...

26715:05:00 Trying to install module designed for older version of policydb.

26815:07:05 SELinux dynatrace_oneagent module installation finished.

26915:07:21 oneagent will be started via exec()

It is puzzling that for an older version of OA this user was creating and there were changes to SELINUX policies. Nothing was changed by the client in the architecture and system of its nodes. Support has so far not found a solution and the topic is critical. Perhaps someone has encountered this?
