Can't get monitoring of Azure Kubernetes Services after Dynatrace OneAgent installed

Hi,

I'm trying to install OneAgent on an Azure Kubernetes Service cluster. I followed the instructions in deploying the OneAgent on Kubernetes from https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-support/cloud-platforms/kubernetes/other-deployments-and-configurations/deploy-oneagent-on-kubernetes-for-application-only-monitoring/ under the section "Integrate OneAgent in Your Application", Automated application-only injection.

However, when I go to the Deployment Status for OneAgent, I don't see any OneAgent deployed. How can I solve this?

Hey Alvin, first and foremost I would check the PaaS Token that you created and ensure that it is correct and valid. If everything is on the up and up from that stand point, lets then check in with security and ensure there are no security apps that would be removing or preventing the install from taking place as I have seen this in the past.

Hi Chad,

Thanks. I do see from kubectl get services --namespace dynatrace that I do have the dynatrace-oneagent-webhook installed but its type is ClusterIP and there is no External-IP. So, I'm guessing that is the issue.

How do I set up this service to have an external IP? I'm using Azure Kubernetes Service.
