topic Connectivity is not 100% due to connection refused, yet I can't see what process talks to it in Container platforms

If connection refused cause the problem to the extent that connectivity is zero, then I can understand why I don't see any other entity communicating to it in smartscape.

But in this case, the connectivity is non-zero (it's always 80% +), why can't I see anything talking to it in smartscape?

Check if this proces isn't running on host that is communicating with unmonitored hosts. In such way, you should be able to check what hosts are calling your host and process in result.

Another you can try is checking process connection from menu that is near process name on process dashboard. But sometimes this option is hidden if there is no recorded connections.

Sebastian
