    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can find in the service properties what Dynatrace detected and you can learn about how Dynatrace .&lt;A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/transactions-and-services/service-detection-and-naming/" target="_self"&gt;detects services.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Services can be renamed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;manually in the Dynatrace UI (the 3 dot menu on the service screen)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;by using &lt;A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/custom-service-names" target="_self"&gt;Service naming rules&lt;/A&gt;, this is useful when you need to force a naming convention for some of your services, i.e. a prefix&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also alter how services are detected (and you can also merge them) by using &lt;A href="https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/api-config-services-detection-rules" target="_self"&gt;service detection rules&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed OneAgent in a docker container running my node application. When I check the traces in Dynatrace in Services,&amp;nbsp; I see ts-node as service. Is there any way to configure custom service name? I have tried to use DT_APPLICATIONID&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;without success.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
