Re-authenticate for Dynatrace SSO

When i developing the App Engine, sometimes i saved the work and the local dev app is refreshing, it will pop a new blank page for the re-authentication for Dynatrace SSO, why it happened, it supposed to be authenticated when i npm run start the app

Hi @Bernard_Hwang

When your auth token expires during development, Dynatrace App Toolkit will refresh the token. During this refresh, it opens a new tab and reauthenticate.

This is desired behavior.
