      <title>Detect user's IAM roles</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't find an SDK to read the user's IAM roles. Currently, I'm having to do a bunch of error handling and presenting Toast when a user is missing a role. It would be much more preferable to be able to query whether a user has the necessary roles, so the UX can be tailored to what they can do. For example, if they lack a permission for an API call, disable the button that would fire that call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
