AppEngine deployment 503 service unavailable error

Why do I always need to deploy twice on Dynatrace server? I've followed the steps below:

1. Run deploy command:

npm run deploy

Following error received:

{"error":"Service Unavailable","message":"Service Unavailable","statusCode":503}

Terminal will always on Preparing for deployment message:

DT-APP: Authenticate with Dynatrace SSO Finished release [optimized + debuginfo] build. ✔ Built the app ✔ Compressing app artifact DT-APP: Authenticate with Dynatrace SSO ⠋ Preparing for deployment

2. Ctrl + c and Run deploy command again:

npm run deploy

Deploy successful message:

DT-APP: Authenticate with Dynatrace SSO ✔ Preparing for deployment ✔ App deployed! ✔ App is ready DT-APP: Visit https://.....
