Can't download an icon from Developer's Portal

I'm trying to download a user icon and I get the exception when clicking the icons from the list:

Yes, it works now. Thank you.

If I may, icons still load with a lag, and my first experience is that there are no icons on that page. They appear after a while. Also I miss an option to download an icon as a PNG.

I agree the performance of the icon loading on the page should be improved. We'll have a look into it.
Regarding the download option: What would you need the downloaded icons for? To use them in your app's code, you just need to install the package @dynatrace/strato-icons and import them.

Before the implementation, I'd like to create mockups, designs etc. thus PNGs or SVGs would help.
