Custom App SSO Error

Hi,

I am trying to create custom app on my windows local server.However getting issue while running npm run start
Error: Could not resolve the SSO-URL for ''
Http(s) request failed: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND

My node js version is 18.15

Also I have setup org proxy in Environment variable in below format

export HTTP_PROXY=<your proxy>
export HTTPS_PROXY=<your proxy>

Still the issue persist

Similar cases were previously resolved by setting the mentioned environment variables.
