ETA on "Integrating Log Monitoring with WMI extensions"

One of our customers are leveringing WMI to send events / logs. We want to integrate them in Dynatrace. And I just read: https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/leverage-wmi-to-enable-full-observability-and-monitor-performance-of-windows-hosts-and-services/

The what's next states:

- Windows event reporting
- Integrating Log Monitoring with extensions

Is there already something known regarding timing of these features? And if they support this use case?

Recall the above. The events are ETW (Event Tracing for Windows) which is something else than WMI. I think we should be able to create some kind of ETWTraceListener which sends these events to Log Monitoring 2.0

You ever get this figured out? We have some hosts we can't put OneAgent on and would love an easy way to get Event Viewer logs in. The WMI method would be great if possible.
