Hi,
Yes, that Dynatrace Log module approach is Kubernetes-specific, and it won’t apply to ECS Fargate in the same way.
Kubernetes log monitoring

For ECS Fargate, the recommended scenario is AWS FireLens (Fluent Bit) → Dynatrace, and Dynatrace provides dedicated documentation and an example for this setup.
AWS Fargate log integration on ECS and EKS

Hi All,

We need to ship logs from ECS Fargate to Dynatrace. We believe the best method here would be to use Fluent Bit since there’s proper documentation that outlines detailed steps for sending logs to Dynatrace.

However, we wanted to confirm if we can use below attached method as well? and can someone also confirm if this method is specific to kubernetes environments.
https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/analyze-explore-automate/logs/lma-log-ingestion/lma-log-ingestion-via-oa/lma-logs-from-kubernetes
