Dynatrace Services logs not displaying correct

Why my services does not show any related logs?

Let's say the name of the service is "Test". When I click in the related logs -> go to logs, it queries by SERVICE-123123123, I totally different value from the expect one.

how can I fix this?

In addition to the provided link in one of the answers, could you clarify a portion of your question? Are you stating that when you look for logs in relation to `Test`, it instead redirects you to another service?

Also, in terms of log collection, a couple of starting points for troubleshooting:

Depending on whether you're on Logs Classic or Grail, is it possible that it might not have been enabled for your environment?
