Hi Team,

We used Monaco to transfer the following to our existing dynatrace env.

1. Log processing rules

2. Custom Attributes

3. Events Extraction

4. Metrices Extraction

5. Dashboards

but after the transfer when we go to the logs section it shows the below error

We've hit an error

We've run into a technical error, but we're working to resolve it as soon as possible.

and when we go to the kubernetics in the logs section it shows the error as Could not fetch logs. Please review your log tile config. Duplicate key

Could someone please help with the same.

I am not able to get any resources to understand why I am getting this error?

I tried switching off the

1. Log processing rules

2. Custom Attributes

3. Events Extraction

4. Metrices Extraction

but the error is still exists

Which error?

Have you download existing configurations with "monaco download"?

5. Dashboards

but after the transfer when we go to the logs section it shows the below error.

Have you check the user has this policy to read logs?

ALLOW storage:logs:read;
