Why are there differences between *.log files and directory constraints for *.out files in the above document?

For example)

1: /home/moco/log/hub/Test.log ( Registered )

2: /var/log/Test.log (Registered)

3: /home/moco/log/hub/Test.out (not Registered)

4: /var/log/Test.out (Registered)

It's just a convention we use to not push all text files into the log ingest. Some may be outputs of a script and not necessary a traditional log file. We believe it's safer to add what we are sure of and leave to user a decision to add more, rather than automatically push too much.
