&lt;LI&gt;If there's no server with the same name, search for a server that has the Dynatrace entity ID (for example, &lt;CODE&gt;HOST-12121212&lt;/CODE&gt;) in the &lt;CODE&gt;sys_object_source&lt;/CODE&gt; table within ServiceNow.&lt;/LI&gt;
