If you see this message in the Deployment Status page of your ActiveGate, it means that you manually added an additional purpose to the ActiveGate, which is not supported.

An ActiveGate is designed to serve a single purpose at a time.

Route OneAgent traffic to Dynatrace, monitor cloud environments, or monitor remote technologies using extensions
Run Synthetic monitors from a private location
Install the zRemote module for z/OS monitoring

This is typically the result of manually modifying the custom.properties file and adding a module from a different scope.

To resolve this, please edit the custom.properties file, ensuring that the appropriate path is used for the operating system in question. Once this is complete, please restart the ActiveGate.
