SaaS Upgrade from Managed to SaaS is a holistic process to ensure you can successfully upgrade your observability platform and leverage Grail-enabled capabilities like Log Management and Analytics, AppEngine, Workflows, and more! To upgrade to SaaS, you need a SaaS environment, and then you'll want to replicate your configuration build over the years and migrate OneAgents to start collecting data.

In this Observability Clinic with Andreas Grabner @andreas_grabner, Radoslaw Szulgo @Radoslaw_Szulgo explains how Dynatrace SaaS Upgrade Assistant and Remote Configuration Management can be leveraged to upgrade from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS effectively.

Radek shows us the actual life use case on exporting the configuration from the Managed environment, importing it to the SaaS Upgrade Assistant, and running it. Then, Radek shows the remote configuration management in action to modify the communication settings of OneAgents to migrate them to SaaS easily.

Really amazed by the App "SAAS Upgrade Assistant", and how fast the hosts are automatically reporting data to SAAS cluster after modifying the communication.
