Please join us in congratulating Franz S., the Dynatrace Community Member of the Month for October! ![18470-franz.jpg](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/dynatrace/original/2X/5/506e6f8db0630e6224efe3e1e4ea09aa32815fb1.jpeg) Franz is a Consultant in the APM department at amasol AG. He’s passionate about agent-based APM solutions, currently using Dynatrace, where he holds a Dynatrace Professional Certification, and AppMon. Franz joined the Dynatrace Community in November 2017 and started his Community adventure with voting for product ideas. In the last months, Franz turned into a Dynatrace expert, always willing to help others. When asked what motivates him to stay active in the forums, Franz said: _“__I think it’s a great place to see what other people are doing with Dynatrace and what challenges they are facing. That way I can get ideas for my own projects and learn about the usual problems that end users have with the products. You learn a lot from the documentation and the great videos and podcasts that are provided, but troubleshooting real-world problems is even more helpful for me to get to know the products better.”_ Franz also explained what he likes best about the Community and why he values the presence of the Dynatrace employees in the forums the most: _“__I especially like that many Dynatrace employees are active members of the community and can offer insights into coming solutions or give official statements about topics. I also like that (at least for Dynatrace) a quite high number of RFEs is acknowledged and evaluated by product management so you know whether your idea has a realistic chance of being implemented.”_ Besides his passion for APM, Franz likes running and is also an avid traveler. Franz, thank you for building the Dynatrace Community into a valuable place for all Dynatrace users!
