Since Dynatrace version **1.296** , a new alert has been created for when your AWS/Azure configuration is not able to monitor your cloud.

- If your configuration is unused, deactivate it (in AWS) or delete it.
- To find the root cause of the issue:
1. Open AWS/Azure configuration.
2. Find the configuration for which the problem was created.
3. Verify your configuration:
- for AWS: IAM role, AWS account ID,
- for Azure: Tenant ID, Client ID.

4. Save the configuration.
If there’s still something wrong, a proper error message should be displayed.
