Customers gain multiple benefits in moving to Dynatrace, including: - **Speed and agility** – customers get the latest Dynatrace features and updates with significantly reduced administrative effort - **Scalability and total cost of ownership**  – the ability to scale rapidly without purchasing, provisioning, and managing their hardware. IT resources are freed up to focus on higher-value innovation - **Grail and other SaaS-only capabilities** – the ability to fully leverage the analytics and scale of Grail, with Log Management and Analytics as the first of many cloud-based innovations. In general, many customers are already moving their workloads to the cloud as part of their digital transformation journey, and Grail is a catalyst to help accelerate their journey.
