# dtCookies are  not stable , they are getting deleted

Hi ,

RUM agent is injecting but i am not seeing E2E complete user interactions , dtCookies are not stable and they are getting deleted.

How can we make sure the below cookies are stable and pass for each request.

dtCookie\<cookie\_suffix\>  
dtLatC\<cookie\_suffix\>  
dtPC\<cookie\_suffix\>  
dtSa  
dtValidationCookie  
dtDisabled  
rxVisitor\<cookie\_suffix\>  
rxvt

Hi,

First, we need to identify who is deleting the Dynatrace cookies. If it is a WAF/Firewall, you should request a firewall rule to allow them. You can find more information here: [Firewall Constraints for RUM.](https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/observe/digital-experience/web-applications/initial-setup/firewall-constraints-for-rum#cookies)

Additionally, I suggest opening a support ticket.
