synthetic monitors: Browser monitor local outage

“coming as Time exceeded waiting for page to load completely” could you explain why this will trigger if application working as expected and how it has to be resolve. is there any problem to application with this type of alert. if yes what action we have to perform from application side.

Thanks in advanced to clear my points.

Hi [@Manisha\_K](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/82378) , this event gets triggered when the wait time for the page to load exceeds the default or specified timeout value.

Default wait time for a page to load completely is 60 seconds. If the page does not finish loading within this time frame, the event will trigger, indicating that the time exceeded waiting for the page to load completely.

See below link for details on error codes

There could be different reasons for this event being triggered , ex., network conditions , page resources , performance issues etc.,

You can start by adjusting timeout settings for this page if needed (see below)
