# Dynatrace Openshift One agent operator Init:Imagepullbackoff issue

Dear Team,

We are using Dynatrace SaaS and we have configured GUI based cloud native fullstack integration using below URL.

Post installation Dynatrace AG status showing&nbsp; **Init:Imagepullbackoff** issue, kindly suggest how to fix this.

try the below and look at the events at the end, it will give you a clue on why the image pull failed

kubectl describe pod \<pod\_name\> -n dynatrace

As [@p\_devulapalli](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/21657)&nbsp;you need to check the AG pod log to understand what is the issue.

Usually its certificate issue as described in&nbsp;[ImagePullBackoff error on OneAgent and ActiveGate pods](https://community.dynatrace.com/topic/230212)&nbsp;but there is also an issue with operator v0.14.0
