Hello Folks,

I have requirement where we want to exclude one disk from monitoring for particular host.

I tried to utilize the Preferences --\> Disk options however, it doesn’t have any option to add particular host.

By any other way can we do it? Kindly suggest.

Regards,

AK

Hi [@AK](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/2080) , good day.

You can find this option in the specific host you want to exclude the disk monitoring, [Exclude disks and network traffic from host monitoring — Dynatrace Docs](https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/platform-modules/infrastructure-monitoring/hosts/configuration/exclude-disks-and-network-traffic#expand--host--3)

- In the Dynatrace menu, go to **Hosts** and select the host for which you want to create a disk exclusion rule.
- On the host overview page, select
- \> **Settings**.
- Select **Disk options**.
