Still, as a teenager, the Marvel universe cine and series like “Gundam” led me to develop a deep interest in technology. > > Thanks to a government scholarship program, I studied Information Systems Engineering at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL) in Peru. There, I met Jhisenia Cordova, who is now my girlfriend and future wife and has become a fundamental pillar in my life, always supporting my career. My main goal is to help our clients maximize their return on investment in observability efficiently and strategically. I work closely with each client to define improvement objectives, identify critical optimization areas in incident detection and recovery, and propose customized training and process automation solutions. > > Some of the projects I have worked on include: > > - **Release Validation** : Evaluating the stability and performance of new versions before production. > - **Dashboard Automation with Monaco** : Implementing a project Monaco to refresh dashboards classic in the Dynatrace Managed automatically. > - **Creating dashboards and preventive alerts** : Integrating business data to provide insights aligned with strategic objectives. > > Currently, I am continuing to develop innovative initiatives with Dynatrace.
