We would like to include the hostname or OS type or container name in the email subject line for notices. We see {State} {ProblemID} {ImpactedEntity} only currently.

Unfortunately, right now there are only those three placeholder for the email subject. The email body is filled with the {ProblemDetails} HTML content that contains the details and human readable names.

five years later, we want it as well 🙂

We have created automatic tag like this

 ![McVitas_0-1697442781419.png](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/dynatrace/original/2X/2/26e90a7debabc390e406b8ca699ee6b35ea89741.png)

and we would like to have it in the email subject or body somehow. We tried integration / problem notifications

subject

[Dynatrace] [{State}] Problem {ProblemID}: {ImpactedEntity} {Tags.OSType}

but that doesn’t work. If we put just {Tags} it’s too much data
