Hi,

From Dynatrace UI, I’m configuring a Problem Notifications with the following info:

- notification type: mail

- body: {ProblemDetailsJSON}

![Paloma_0-1672158324789.png](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/dynatrace/original/3X/1/3/1302e318425f5b305de2928aa38b277791638b41.png)

I would like to obtain a specific value from the json object. Example: get only the “id”

![Paloma_2-1672158608181.png](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/dynatrace/original/3X/d/7/d7793c3d6fb7a5f34b7d830ceb6ce76cda89cbd3.png)

I have tried with {ProblemDetailsJSON}.id and {ProblemDetailsJSON.id} but I don’t obtain the value.

Is there any option to get in the email only a concrete value from this whole json?

Thank you!

Hi [@Paloma](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/58229)

I think its not possible to extract the values from the json before sending.

You should send all the {ProblemDetailsJSON} and we all have this need.

I suggest you to open RFE for this, this could be a great enhancement.

Make it generic for every Placeholder that we can use.

BRs,

Hey, [@Paloma](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/58229), in case you don’t get confirmation it’s already possible, try [raising a product idea](https://community.dynatrace.com/category/DynatraceProductIdeas) as [@Malaik](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/23195) suggested. Hope you find your answer!
