Hi,

We have a case where the agent seemingly blocks the upgrades or installations of the software, and also causes issues with the process start-up. When the agent is disabled, the software works as expected.

Is anyone successfully monitoring Swift Alliance Access applications using Dynatrace OneAgent?
I’ll open a support ticket but was hoping someone here can share insights.
