Here is my Dynatrace rewind this year:

- Our company won the App of the Year [trophy](https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/top-custom-solutions-2024-dynatrace-partner-apps/), and I wrote a [Dynatrace blog](https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/dynatrace-apps-showcase-phenisys-ms-teams-observability/) post with [@AurelienGravier](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/44995) :pen:
- I recorded a [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjhaN0NMu4c) with [@andreas\_grabner](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/146) about our App :man\_dancing:
- I spoke at three user club events with Dynatrace customers and future customers.
- I built a workflow that reduced open cases in ITSM by 45% for a large French customer.
- I also passed 4 Dynatrace Pro Certifications :nerd\_face:

I can’t wait to see what Dynatrace has planned for 2026!

Personal highlight: Holding my newborn son in Spring

Professional highlight: I’ve done numerous demos of Dynatrace to different stakeholders and its amazing to see their reaction to something in Dynatrace and how different those somethings can be. We’ve also expanded our DT footprint considerably.

For me, 2025 was primarily a year of sharing, with participation in four events where I spoke on stage about observability.
It was also marked by the implementation of many use cases around business events, workflows, log monitoring, dashboards, RUM, and synthetic monitoring.

On a personal level, it meant learning to live with illness and spending more time with loved ones, but I’m confident that 2026 will be a great year.

I wish you lots of success, joy, and good health for 2026.

Regards Aurélien.

Work-wise, I’ve switched companies whilst staying fully focused on observability. This was challenging and exiting at the same time.

But..my biggest achievement this year was becoming a father to my son. This life-changing moment brought me a deep sense of pride, responsibility, and happiness, even with the many sleepless nights that came (and still are 😉). Welcoming him into the world taught me the true meaning of unconditional love. It also motivated me to grow into a more patient, caring, and resilient person. Despite the exhaustion, becoming a father has changed my life in the most meaningful way and gave me a purpose greater than myself.

I really liked this year. ❤ There were no big WOWs, but several first times, and, in general, I truly enjoyed the process.

**Professionally:** First full year at Dynatrace! I graduated with a postgraduate degree in project management and moved into CX courses to deepen my understanding of customer experience. I attended the Community conference in London with [@Michal\_Gebacki](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/44566), where we met fantastic and inspiring professionals.

**Personally:** My family is healthy and happy, and I became an auntie for the second time. I invested more time in friendships that had been fading. I travelled around the country, and I’ve been to Greece for the first time (yay!). I returned to analogue photography and explored culture events. I started singing and drum classes. We also got a coffee machine that’s so good we stopped going out for coffee 😄
I kept up with my summer tradition of kayaking and mountains, and now: thanks to amazing people at Dynatrace, I also hit two personal records: 50km cycling and 32km in an orienteering rally. Sure, the numbers are not impressive, but I’m incredibly grateful that there were people who encouraged me to start 💪

For me, 2025 was strongly focused on growing my Dynatrace services company. It was a year of building, learning, and consolidating our value proposition.
One of the biggest highlights was closing several international support contracts with different businesses across LATAM, which marked an important milestone for us and confirmed that we’re on the right path.

Grateful for the challenges, the trust of our clients, and the opportunities that came with them. Looking forward to what’s next!

For me 2025 was really dynamic and interesting year. A lot has happened in my personal life, I started new projects (yet to be fulfilled in 2026). It was a really good year!

From work perspective it brought me a lot of opportunities and acomplishments! I was able to drive a successful migration from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS which helped me learn a lot more. We did a lot of new integrations. At the end of the year I was able to get my first Dynatrace certification - Associate. Also just before the holidays I got promoted to a Product Owner for observability.

Overall the year was full of challenges, learning and growing. I am thankful for what I was able to achieve and for all the support. Hopefully 2026 will bring even more of the good stuff!

**2025 has been a year of new beginnings for me — perhaps the start of a completely new chapter in my life. It has been deeply emotional and transformative.**

This year, I began many new activities and made decisions that truly changed my perspective. One of them was discovering **Dynatrace** for the very first time. After more than 20 years in my previous role as software developer, I consciously chose to look at things from the other side — to step into the role of an **Dynatrace Integration Engineer**. Just a few months after making that decision, it was an enormous honor for me to receive the recognition **“Member of the Month.”**

In March, I also took a brave step outside my comfort zone and started **rhythmic gymnastics**. I dared to perform in front of an audience — and by now, I already have **four performances** with an amateur ensemble behind me.

Teaching has always been close to my heart, but this year marked another important first: I led an **entire programming course** on my own. Until now, I had only taught friends individually. Thanks to the **acting classes** I also started this year, the difference between my first and my last lecture was huge. I have always struggled with severe stage fright, and overcoming it has been a major personal victory.

Music has always been something I loved deeply, even though I never believed I had any sense of rhythm or musical talent. My teacher was persistent, and this year I managed to **play part of a Bach piece** **on piano** and **sing my first songs** — and for the first time, they truly sound good.

Looking back, 2025 has been a year of courage, growth, and rediscovering myself — professionally, creatively, and personally.

Late as usual, but I lived ten thousand lives in 2025 and want to share. 😛

I achieved a lot in my professional career in 2025 and a lot of it is Dynatrace-related.

- Perform 2025

- Participated in my first webinar with [@andreas\_grabner](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/146) and Dana Harrison (TBD Dana’s username) (I can’t get to this right now for a screenshot so here’s a picture of Dana and I with [@m3tomlins](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/39603))

- Hosted Dynatrace at FreedomPay’s office for a day of learning

- Became a LEGO!

I am sure there are more things I am forgetting. I achieved a lot in my non-Dynatrace responsibilities at FreedomPay, too, so that has been great.

Not a ton of milestones in my personal life this past year.. but I just feel I really lived 2025 to the fullest and grew a lot as a person. I am very satisfied with 2025!

Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen. Can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!

**2025 was definitely a year in which I overcame an unimaginable number of small and medium-sized challenges.**

After returning to work from maternity leave, I was both scared and excited about how managing the roles of mum and employee would work out - and honestly, it turned out much better than I expected. Yes, I never thought you could be THAT tired and still keep up with an honest smile on your face. And yes, starting daycare really means you’ll be sick all the time (fortunately, my husband and I more than our daughter!).

Nevertheless, thanks to a great amount of help and support from my family, friends, and the Dynatrace Community team members (when you’re part of such a fantastic team, you simply can’t drown in despair! :D), I’m finishing this year feeling that I not only grew a lot professionally (especially in the field of AI data analysis) but also personally, becoming more resilient and mature.

Oh, and we bought an apartment (with a garden!), which makes us 100% legit Gdańsk residents, fulfilling my forever dream to live by the sea. 🌊
