# Take the Billionaire Challenge ‌💸‌

First, I would spend a lot of money on renovating my house, making it fully CO2-neutral: Solar panels, better insulation, heatpump, etc…

During that process I would also make it smart, with self-hosted solutions, no cloud and no subscription required. I would either use existing components like home-assistant, or code my own solution and publish it open-source.

I would buy an electric vehicle where I can fit my family (married with 3 kids, so we need a big one, and they are expensive).

Last but not least, I would probably reduce my working hours to 25 or 30 hours a week to spend more time with my family.
