Hello There,

I’m trying to convert a problem notification (custom integration) using workflow.

I chose ‘Davis problem trigger’ and then in subsequent step it is http request which would be having payload.

This isn’t successful and went into the error:

```markup
Unhandled failed task(s) during workflow execution:
http_request_1:
Error: error sending request for url (https://test1.company.com/): client error (Connect): tcp connect error: Connection timed out (os error 110): Connection timed out (os error 110)
```

The associated host/URL is already added under allowed list ( Setting --\> General --\> External Requests)

Has anybody done it with success, please guide.

Regards,
AK

Is your destination ([https://test1.company.com](https://test1.company.com)) reachable from the internet (your SaaS environment) or are you using EdgeConnect?
