I would like to know if anyone has ever needed to create a workflow to take a screenshot of a dashboard when a specific condition is met.

The idea is to capture a snapshot of an application health dashboard we have and send this screenshot via Teams.

If anyone has encountered a similar scenario, what is the best approach to achieve this successfully?

Regards,

Carlos

Hello [@britocrgb1](https://community.dynatrace.com/user/69163)

PFA useful resources:

- [Microsoft Teams Connector — Dynatrace Docs](https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/analyze-explore-automate/workflows/actions/microsoft-teams#migrate-to-power-automate)
- You can also create the initial demo and open in-product chat if there are missing steps required as per the monitored setup.

BR,

Peter

Hi,

Workflows does not offer such a functionality out of the box.

You could however leverage [Synthetic for Workflows](https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/observe/digital-experience/synthetic-monitoring/integrations/synthetic-for-workflows) and [Synthetic Monitoring with Screenshots](https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/observe/digital-experience/synthetic-monitoring/analysis-and-alerting/synthetic-details-for-browser-monitors#screenshots), by accessing a health dashboard after a problem has appeared.
