Alerting on high retransmission rate on host and host group levels

In the recent releases, Dynatrace enabled the capability to get alerted on high retransmission rate.

Configurable on:

1. Host.
2. Host Group.

In simple clicks:

1. Host > settings > anomaly detection > Infrastructure > detect high retransmission rate.
2. Host Group > settings > anomaly detection > Infrastructure > detect high retransmission rates.
3. specify the detection mode either automatic or based on specific thresholds upon violation alert will be triggered.
