IBM MQ Channel was restarted and the channel status was retrying for about 1.5 Hrs. But in console, it shows "Retrying Channel" value as 0 and also we have alert configuration set up for Retrying channel status. Threshold is 0.9 and the violating sample is 3 for the sliding window of 5 min. Ideally we expected an alert as the channel was in retrying state when it was restarted for about 1.5 hrs. But no alert was triggered and the value also shows as 0 in the console for Retrying channel metric. Cold you pls help me in identifying, why alert was not triggered and also why the count is shown as 0.
