There is no WhatsUp in "Integrate with other notification system".
Does anyone knows how to integrate?

You need to have WhatsApp business or use another service such as Twilio to send automated messages to WhatsApp. WhatsApp itself does not have any other official (free) API.
So I guess we have to integrate Dynatrace with WhatsApp API using a custom integration via webhook URL, right?

Good point. I actualy missed it. Will discuss with customer.
Just take into your consideration that or the time being there is no way to use management zone nor alerting profiles when using the Mobile App hence the Mobile App will show all the problems.
can we get the dynatrace problems alerts on whatsApp
