Consul consistently showing connectivity rate decreased to 0%

We continually have an alert that says:

"TCP connectivity rate for process consul.exe on host [HOST NAME] has decreased to 0 %"

Looking at consul.exe it looks like everything is fine, and it eventually says the problem has been resolved.

The availability also says 100% even (33s downtime in the last 7 days) though it's going down a few times a day according to allerting

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

I don’t think this is dynatrace issue. Did you looked on amount of retransmitions and failed tcp connections? How it looks on host level? It may be as well problems with unresponsive process. Reasons may be many.
